Thanks to Fitday.com, I know I'm only getting about 15% of the protein my body needs. I bought some yogurt today to snack on before I leave work and head to the gym, and I have grilled tofu for my salad and almonds to munch on. I'm considering buying protein powder to mix into my yogurt or soymilk. Does anyone have any other low-fat, vegetarian protein suggestions? I'm sure the lack of protein is part of the reason my energy is lagging so much.
In other news, Tazo "Zen" is the best green tea ever. I'm hooked.
