i used fitday.com yesterday for the first time and i love it. thanks for the recommendation! i really like being able to track my nutrients. it's like a healthy little game that i can play. today's mission, find more vitamin d, folate and zinc! i found this website to be pretty handy in figuring out how to calculate how much protein, etc. i should be aiming for and also where to find some of these elusive vitamins and minerals. have you found any other websites that are helpful with these sort of things?
